come be free in the amazing forests of Proud Lake state recreation area. So many amazing yoga classes, meditation courses and workshops. Ill be leading a workshop on body positivity and learning to develop a relationship with the skin we are in, Saturday August 6th, 2021 at 12p. Ill be doing henna all weekend as well.
